　　截止目前，中国曲棍球协会未授予或指定任何境内外企业或组织为国家男子曲棍球队在服装、比赛鞋类别的产品供应商。如有任何未经中国曲棍球协会授权的企业或组织使用类似称号，中国曲棍球协会将依法追究其法律责任。

Chinese Hockey Association

This is to certify that, up to the date of this declaration, Chinese Hockey Association has not assigned any enterprises inside and outside mainland China enterprises as well as organizations to be the official supplier of hockey uniforms or shoes for Chinese National Senior Men’s Hockey Team. Any unauthorized enterprises or organizations using similar titles will be prosecuted by Chinese Hockey Association according to law.
